What should I do upon delivery?
Upon delivery, the carrier will ask you to sign a document to demonstrate that they have delivered the package to the correct address and person. In case of damaged package, contact us as soon as possible and send us photos of the package.
Who are the carriers who will transport my package?
Souffle d'Intérieur has selected professional partners to handle shipments:
Items between 0 and 30 kg: Standard carriers.
Items from 30 kg: Specialized carriers for furniture delivery.
What if the carrier arrives and I'm not home?
Don't worry! Your goods will be delivered to the warehouse closest to you. Our carriers will contact you before the second delivery to arrange a new appointment. Please note that this second delivery will be billed to you.
Do you ship abroad?
We ship worldwide. Send an email to contact.cesson@souffleinterieur.com and indicate the destination country. We will provide you with all the necessary information.
What is the delivery time?
We will contact you within 3 days once your product is ready for shipment to arrange an appointment and remind you of the precautions to take upon delivery. The delivery time varies between 2 and 8 weeks.
